AHU (Air Hangding unit) is a device used to regulate and circulate air, which is part of the HVAC system (heating, ventilation, air conditioning). The purpose of using the AHU is to create air with the desired standards for: Temperature – Humidity – Cleanness – Pressure.
Classification according to AHU thermal conductivity is divided into 02 types:
– Water-based AHU (Water AHU): The refrigerant used is water supplied from the Chiller water chiller unit.
– AHU direct refrigerated gas (DX AHU): The refrigerant is Gas. Hot rig has the effect of compressing Gas from gas to liquid pushing through the heater to cool down, the throttle reduces the pressure of liquid gas to absorb heat at the rig.
